LGBTQIA+
Emotional challenges related to being part of the LGBTQIA+ community can feel isolating and insurmountable. Feeling as though you are "other" can make it so hard to open up unless you feel completely comfortable. Living as a minority can be stressful, and often comes with its own set of unique difficulties.

We understand. And we can help.

We are a group of LGBTQIA+ affirming therapists who specialize in gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning issues with individuals of all ages.

Know that you are welcome here.

Maybe you are at the beginning stages of questioning your sexuality or your gender. Maybe you and your partner are having some issues and you want to be sure that you talk to someone who you can really open up to without worrying that you are being judged.

Or, maybe you are the parent of a child (of any age!) who has come out to you and you're not sure how to handle it. Maybe you want some guidance on how you can support them (go you!).
Maybe you (or your child) are being bullied or harassed.

Although society has become significantly more accepting of varying sexual identities and gender identifications, there is still work to be done. Those who identify as LGBTQIA+ are at an increased risk of suicide, anxiety, depression, and substance use.

Let us help you find your authentic self, navigate these challenges, and start thriving.
